Ready to Kick Some Business Planning Booty?
You may have heard that December is Business Planning Month. Personally I usually like to start that process in October but this year has been a roller coaster for me. As you know, I’ve had a challenging year. Plans went out the window as I adjusted to major life changes and circumstances. You’ve been supportive and I really appreciate it.
Which is why I’d like to give back. It’s also why I want you to be part of this.
Soooo…I am declaring December…
Teresa Gets Her Groove Back Business Planning Month!
By the power I have to make decisions large and small may it be so. You’re invited.
No, check that. Your presence is requested because it really really won’t be any fun without you.
Even though I’m calling it Teresa Gets Her Groove Back Business Planning Month, I’d be happy to add your name as well!
I realize that would be a mouthful but it’s important to be specific when you are planning something that’s going to be so awesome. And intentions matter.
Now before you start saying “but Teresa it’s December, and I’m busy with candy canes and caroling and stuff” hear me out.
I’m taking a stand for me and for you. We can get this done. We won’t let the holidays (no matter how much they beckon) stop us from tackling some end of the year analysis and new year strategy.
Here’s how this is going down.
Each Friday in December I’ll email you with a checklist of to-do items. You have an entire WEEK to work on it so I know you can manage that.
I’m also offering some free call in office hours for those of you who want help or work better when you can bounce ideas with someone else. I like doing that myself.
And of course there is a Facebook group for us to share wins and ask questions.
All you have to do is show up, roll up your sleeves and take it step by step. For you. For your business. For your mental health.
At the end of the month which amazingly coincides with a sparkly new YEAR – you’ll be ready to go. While everyone else is at Staples and the Container store buying planners and a new white board, you’ll be off and running.
