Pull up a chair, grab a cup of your favorite beverage (yep, wine is fine if that's what ya need), and let me share a few truths.
~ There is nothing wrong with you (you're perfect just the way you are)
~ There is no one size fits all solution (cookie cutters are great for baking but not your business)
~ What worked for Susie Q may very well not work for you (even if she did package it all up in a pretty little course)
~ You don't have to be on all of the platforms (GASP! What?!?)

I wish I could give you a checklist, instructions, and a timeline so that you could have a direct path to success. As you're smart enough to know, that would be all too easy, right?
I see so many questions online about growing a business:

- the best membership or course site platform to use
And on and on and on.
The answer, frustrating as it is to those of us who have asked, is "it depends."
There are so many variables that we each bring with us that it's near impossible to give an effective answer without a deeper conversation. That's not to say that there aren't proven business models. The one that is best for you is the one that is best for you.
It's the elements within the business model that get us lost in the weeds, not knowing which way to turn next, losing sight of the bigger picture. The decision you're agonizing about, i.e. "which email marketing program to use", is just a microcosm of the actual issue at hand.
