When I think of sustainability, Natalie Gingrich is one of the first people who come to mind. Today she's turning back the hands of time and sharing what the journey looks like from her initial idea to the launch of her now 13th cohort of the Director of Operations Certification.
From being a one woman show to having a full blown team, adapting the certification to meet the needs of her growing community of students, and becoming a strong voice in the online space to help educate business owners how to best utilize the skills of the many talented Directors of Operation are just a few of the numerous things she's sharing.

Natalie Gingrich, The Ops Authority
Natalie Gingrich is the founder and host of The Ops Authority.
She has been in operations for two decades – either in healthcare, corporate America or as an entrepreneur. She spent 15 years in corporate operations and leadership at a Fortune 150 company. When given the opportunity to leave, she put the knowledge, designations, and experience to work by creating her own consulting firm as well as the Director of Operations Certification Program.
Her mission is to equip female operations experts with the skills they need to leverage their leadership abilities on a bigger stage, take charge in their own businesses, and create the lives they truly want.
