When I think of sustainability, Natalie Gingrich is one of the first people who come to mind. Today she's turning back the hands of time and sharing what the journey looks like from her initial idea to the launch of her now 13th cohort of the Director of Operations Certification.
From being a one woman show to having a full blown team, adapting the certification to meet the needs of her growing community of students, and becoming a strong voice in the online space to help educate business owners how to best utilize the skills of the many talented Directors of Operation are just a few of the numerous things she's sharing.
